For returning any product purchased online or via store, you are required to notify the company within 06 hours of delivery or purchase through outlet. Product should reach our premise within 7 days of the delivery.

The item you want to return must be unused and accompanied with its original packaging and tags in an undamaged condition at the time of receiving in our premises.

In case, you are returning a product with a free gifts, you need  to return the gifts as well to the company.

Please note, Reverse Pickup facility will only be provided to Prepaid Orders above Rs. 25,000 only.

Exchange Policy

Izhaar is happy to exchange your ordered products for a differentProducts, depends on the availability. Please mention your reason of exchange on your invoice before shipping your product to us.

Although, we highly recommend placing a new order in case of different product is required.

The exchange policy also covers the same guidelines as returns i.e. product must reach us within 7 days of the Ordered date, accompanied by all original packaging and in unworn & undamaged condition.

Refund Policy

Izhaar follows No Cash Refund Policy wherein original shipping charges along with the payment made through credit card, debit card or net banking.

There is an exception in this case, if your ordered product gets out of stock then please select another product of the same or above price, we will try to arrange the product according to the availability otherwise Izhaar has the rights to cancel the order.
